Shipping, Returns and Repairs
Delivery and Shipping Costs
We only use Royal Mail to ship all of our jewellery with tracking and insurance.
Orders to the UK – £10 – Special Delivery – By 1pm next working day
Orders to the EU – £15 – International Tracked and Signed – 3-5 working days
Rest of the World – £15 – International Tracked and Signed – 5-7 working days
We do not offer a click and collect service.
We are unable to send to PO Box addresses.
It is the customers responsibility to provide an address that is deliverable to and to have someone present to sign for the order.
If you know that you will not be in on certain days please write a note with your order or email email@example.com.
If your order is undelivered and returned to us as a result of an incorrect postal address you will be charged postage again before we send your jewellery.
Please note that the payment of any import duty owed is the responsibility of the recipient of the order and not MMJ London Ltd.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been made, we will ship to your delivery address.
We will email you the tracking information and relevant delivery information.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to re-direct your order with Royal Mail.
We actively discourage the intention of return after purchase as our products are lovingly handmade to order.
However if you are unhappy with your jewellery or would like to exchange, please get in touch via email with your order number within 14 days of purchase in order to discuss options.
Once a solution has been resolved, please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging. You will be responsible for the delivery charges and costs of returning the items to us. We will refund the cost of the jewellery only.
Please retain the tracking number or proof of postage in case there is any issue. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
Please do not send jewellery to us without email communication first.
We are sorry but we cannot accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Melissa McArthur jewellery.
Please email an image of the faulty/ damaged jewellery to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can either replace the item or you can receive a full refund.
Receiving Your Refund
Refunds will be made within five working days of receipt of the returned goods.
Your bank may take up to ten working days to credit your account.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, either via Paypal or Credit/ Debit Card.
Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
We are very happy to repair any piece of our jewellery.
Please email email@example.com with an image of the broken piece, along with your name and delivery address.
A member of the team will then get in touch to confirm if it can be repaired.
Please do not send jewellery to us until you have sent written communication.
Replacing a lost earring
Lost an earring? We offer a replacement service.
Firstly email a photo of the one earring you still have to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm if we are able to reproduce it.
Secondly you will need to send the earring to us so we can match its pearl/ gemstone exactly. We will then give you a quote.
If you are happy to go ahead you will make payment and we will then ship the whole pair back to you, ready to be worn again!
